Customer Satisfaction Measurement with Nigel Hill (First Half)

In November of 2007, we entered an international license contract with The Leadership Factor, a company headquartered in the UK that specializes in customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement services. At Mitsue Links, through this partnership we will develop a satisfaction measurement service in Japan. With this service we aim to improve stakeholder satisfaction and the user experience of Web sites. In this episode, we interview Nigel Hill of The Leadership Factor. Filmed at Mitsue Links’ head office in November of 2007. In English with Japanese subtitles.
